At CareerMD, I worked on both design and copywriting assignments, which made sense to me––I have a background in both art and writing, and I often approach problems from a visual lens first. How much space is there for copy? What will the overall vision be, and how does tone, language, and voice play a role in achieving that aesthetic? Here are a few examples of projects I worked, including excerpts from a deck, an events form, and a promotional flyer. In some cases, as in the deck, I was asked to rethink the visual style and tone of existing material.
